Please remember that it may take up to 30 days for your body to adjust to the feel of the support and comfort of a Get Well Bedding bed.

At Get Well Bedding we make mattresses and beds that give you more comfort. This includes repairing any of our beds that fail to live up to our high standards for quality materials and workmanship. Please take a few minutes to read over the guarantee guidelines.

Our products come with guarantees that are not excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You may also be entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the product/s fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The guarantee is offered only for the benefit of the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

The guarantee covers the following specific manufacturing faults under conditions of normal wear: Coils or wires that are loose or broken; Coils or wires that protrude or tear through any fabric; Splitting occurring in the wood frame; Loose or broken foundation wire; Leg and castor failure

The guarantee does not cover:

Mattress fabric (including stains, soiling, burns or pilling; Normal body indentations (less than 40 mm); Handles (where fitted) – these should be used only to position the mattress and should not be used to support the full weight of the mattress; Border wires, which run along the perimeter of the mattress (innerspring) and foundation, bent due to moving or folding the sleep system; Bedding sold ‘As Is’; Comfort Preference, or any adjustments to comfort layers; Bed Height; Sheet fit; Mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation. A mattress is designed for full performance when used in conjunction with a matching foundation as part of a total sleep system; Minor manufacturing anomalies that do not impact the performance of the bed (eg. mis-stitching on quilting); Replacement of another piece of the sleep system unless that other piece is also defective; Damage due to abuse.

Get Well Bedding will repair (or replace at Get Well Bedding’s option) without charge to the original purchaser, any manufacturing fault (as defined). Get Well Bedding reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found on inspection to be in an unsanitary condition or when product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials.
During the first year after purchase transport charges relating to guarantee issues within Australia will be met by Get Well Bedding where there is a manufacturing fault.
After the first year, transportation charges within Australia will be met by the Purchaser. In no case will any transportation charge be accepted without prior approval from Get Well Bedding. All claims in respect of the Guarantee are to be made to the Get Well Bedding Warranty team on sleep@getwellbedding.com.au prior to the expiry of this guarantee.
Get Well Bedding reserves the right to charge an up-front call out fee prior to an inspection taking place at any stage during the life of the mattress. This fee will be refunded should a manufacturing fault be discovered.
